REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:       At Veemonz, we do not offer refunds and exchanges for made-to-order products unless they meet the following criteria:       Incorrect Size or Product Delivered:   If you receive an item that does not match your order, contact us within 7 working days. We will arrange an exchange and cover the return shipping costs.   Quality/Manufacturing Defect:   If the product has a genuine defect, contact us within 5 working days with an image.
