COLORS While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Further, colors might vary in pictures than actual product. DELIVERY Product will be delivered in 15-20 working days depending on the outfit ordered. some areas may take longer depending on customs. In order to fasten our process, we have tied up with several third party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility. Delivery within India We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. We request you to read the description of the product before placing an order. Delivery time depends on courier partners and delivery location.in few locations, the delivery may take longer depending on the accessibility of the location by our logistic partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. please check your emails and SMS for regular updates. In case you need the product by a particular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance, we will update you accordingly. International delivery We ship worldwide. please choose your shipping zone while placing an order. Charges would be according to the logistics for international orders. Your purchase will be shipped through a reliable shipping partner. As soon as your package ships, we will email you tracking information. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment to these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Ready to Ship Articles We are using third party company for the delivery thus we will do our best for timely delivery however if it's delayed then PBR won't be responsible. SHIPPING We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry. SALE Veemonz can offer some of its products on promotional prices. However, we note that the sale outfits cannot be exchanged/returned strictly. Advance received for a sale outfit cannot be reimbursed/refunded under any circumstances. DELIVERY POLICIES Veemonz uses third party logistics and dispatches for all its courier services. Veemonz is not responsible for the timely delivery of the products in case of any delay from the logistics team. For all delivery within India, Veemonz bears the costs of shipping services. However, international shipping charges are requested to be paid by the client. UNDELIVERED OUTFITS Veemonz will dispatch the outfits as promised to the client upon receipt of full payment. If the client wants to collect the outfit from Veemonz store, the outfit will remain with Veemonz store until the said delivery date. However, if the outfit is undelivered and returned back to us or has not been picked by the client, Veemonz will re-connect with the client to re-attempt the delivery and not borne by us. In the event that we are unable to contact the client, we will hold the outfit with us for a period of 6 months. In case of no communication/response from client over this 6 month period, Veemonz will forfeit the amount paid on the outfit and the outfit will be discarded.RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY We strive to achieve the highest quality of tailoring and details on all our garments. We also work closely with our delivery partners to ensure that you receive your pieces in a timely fashion and in great condition. However, in case you have an issue with the garment that you receive, please follow our policy below: We do not offer refunds but your product is eligible for an exchange or store credit in the following circumstances: *An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation description. *The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect, same piece can be exchanged with new one of same order. *The garment is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange/ alteration in the same piece. *Please note that if any garment has been customised for size, colour, embroidery etc, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Any sale item is also not eligible for a return or an exchange. If your garment meets the above criteria for exchange, please email us on veemonzofficial@gmail.com sharing the following details: Order number Delivery address Specify the reason for the exchange request, sharing images in case of a defective or incorrect piece. Our team will verify the defects, after which we will email or contact you for necessary action.Contact us within 5-7 working days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are in place. Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address We are unable to offer refunds if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner. If you feel that you have given us the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order for a correction of address with your order number. Colours We have made every effort to ensure that the colours of our products appear accurately on our website. However, with screens being different for different computers, mobiles and tablets, there might be a slight variation in colour. Request for Alteration Please refer to our size chart before making a purchase and feel free to contact us in case of any questions or queries relating to sizing. In case of an alteration in your garment post a purchase, please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the garment to raise a request for alteration, stating the changes required. Courier the garment to us at: 7219, Bougainvillea street Gurugram,Dlf phase 4, Haryana, 122002. After receiving the garment, we will process your alteration request and send the garment back to you. Please note, any associated courier charges will be borne at your end. Cancellation Policy No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed.
